Avoduko is built by Brandon Workman ("I", "me", or "my"). This policy explains what information is collected when you use Avoduko, how it is used, and your rights around it. I take your privacy seriously and collect only what is necessary to run the app.
Information I Do Not Collect
Avoduko does not require an account. I do not collect your name, email address, phone number, or any other personally identifying information. I have no way to identify you as an individual.
Information Collected Automatically
The following data may be collected automatically by Avoduko or its third-party partners:
- Device information — device type, operating system version, and app version, used to diagnose issues and improve compatibility.
- Gameplay data — level progress, streaks, hints used, and purchase history. This is stored locally on your device and synced to your personal iCloud account if iCloud is enabled.
- Advertising data — if you have consented to personalized ads, Google AdMob may collect advertising identifiers and usage data to serve relevant ads. If you decline consent, only non-personalized ads are shown.
iCloud Sync
Avoduko uses Apple's iCloud Key-Value Storage to sync your game progress across your devices. This data is stored in your personal Apple iCloud account and is governed by Apple's Privacy Policy. I do not have access to your iCloud data.
Advertising
Avoduko displays ads via Google AdMob for free users. AdMob may use cookies and advertising identifiers to serve personalized ads based on your interests. Users in the European Economic Area (EEA) and United Kingdom will be shown a consent prompt before any ads are loaded.
You can opt out of personalized advertising at any time in your device settings under Privacy & Security > Apple Advertising, or by purchasing Avoduko Pro or the Remove Ads add-on.

In-App Purchases
All purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store. I do not collect or store your payment information. Purchase records are managed by Apple and synced via StoreKit.
Push Notifications
Avoduko may send push notifications to remind you about your streak or daily challenge. Notifications are scheduled locally on your device and do not transmit personal data to any server. You can disable notifications at any time in your device Settings.
Children's Privacy
Avoduko is not directed at children under the age of 13. I do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided personal information through the app, please contact me so I can address it.
Your Rights
Depending on your location, you may have rights regarding your personal data, including the right to access, correct, or delete it. Since Avoduko does not collect personally identifiable information, most of your data is stored locally on your device or in your personal iCloud account and can be deleted by uninstalling the app or clearing iCloud data.
