These Terms of Use govern your use of Avoduko, an iOS application developed by Brandon Workman ("I", "me", or "my"). By downloading or using Avoduko, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
Use of the App
Avoduko is licensed to you, not sold. You may use the app for personal, non-commercial purposes on any Apple device you own or control, subject to the App Store Terms of Service.
You agree not to:
- Copy, modify, or distribute any part of the app
- Reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code
- Use the app for any unlawful purpose
- Attempt to manipulate game data, streaks, or purchases
In-App Purchases and Subscriptions
Avoduko offers optional in-app purchases including subscriptions (Avoduko Pro), a one-time ad removal purchase, and consumable hint and answer packs. All purchases are processed by Apple and subject to Apple's payment terms.
Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID account settings.
All purchases are final. Refunds are handled by Apple in accordance with their refund policy.
Avoduko Pro
Avoduko Pro is a subscription that provides unlimited hints, unlimited answers, and an ad-free experience. Features included in Pro are subject to change. I reserve the right to add or remove features from the Pro subscription with reasonable notice.
Advertising
Free users may see advertisements served by Google AdMob. Ads are removed for Avoduko Pro subscribers and users who purchase the Remove Ads add-on. I am not responsible for the content of third-party advertisements.
Intellectual Property
All content in Avoduko — including the game mechanics, artwork, avocado characters, puzzle designs, and brand — is owned by Brandon Workman. Nothing in these terms transfers any intellectual property rights to you.
Disclaimer of Warranties
Avoduko is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. I do not guarantee the app will be error-free, uninterrupted, or available at all times. Use of the app is at your own risk.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, I am not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of Avoduko, including loss of game progress or streak data.
Termination
I reserve the right to discontinue Avoduko or any of its features at any time. If the app is discontinued, subscription refunds will be handled through Apple's standard refund process.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Changes to These Terms
I may update these terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of Avoduko after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
